    The conditions that apply to every stay at the salty nap.

    Operator

    Booking confirmation

    A booking is confirmed when the booking process is completed and the required payment succeeds. You will receive a confirmation email.

    Prices

    Prices are in EUR per room per night for up to 2 guests, as shown at the time of booking. The Mafra municipal tourist tax is not included and is paid on arrival: €2.50 per guest per night from 1 May to 31 October and €1.20 from 1 November to 30 April, for guests over 12 and up to 7 nights per person. Guests with a disability of 60% or more are exempt on presentation of proof.

    Payment

    • 30% of the total is charged by card (processed by Stripe) when you book.
    • The remaining balance is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before arrival.
    • Bookings made 7 days or less before arrival are paid in full at booking.
    • If an automatic charge fails we will contact you; if payment is not completed the booking may be cancelled.

    Cancellation

    • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with a full refund of the amount paid.
    • For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or no-shows, the total amount is non-refundable.
    • Bookings made through Booking.com follow the policy shown on Booking.com.

    Your stay

    • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
    • A valid ID card or passport is required at check-in (legal guest registration).
    • Maximum 2 guests per room.
    • Pets only after prior approval (€15 per pet per night).
    • The Blue and Beige rooms share a bathroom on the corridor.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

    You can use the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution entities listed at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
